摘要：旧楼加装电梯是当下全国旧城改造的一个热点。国家在连续几年的政府报告中都鼓励旧楼加装电梯。本文根据实际经验就当前主要加装电梯面临的问题，施工注意事项，加装钢结构井道选型以及主要的电梯曳引机选型等进行了阐述，希望可以给相关加装电梯的企业提供相关参考和帮助。

Abstract: Adding Elevator for Existing Building is a popular topic in the modernization of old cities in China.
